The traditional way using a blanket, additionally an alumium blanket is added on (against wind only) is oldfasioned.
The Thermosoft® Hypothermal Rescue Stretcher is one of the best inventions in this area.

• Thermosoft® Stretcher for emergencies. Moving injuired peaple as quickly and safely as possible for teratment, can often involve practical handling problems. The Thermosoft® stretchers have are specially designed to give the patient optimal security during transportation from the place of accident to the theatre of steatment.
• Thermosoft® Stretcher are developed for tough climats and rough handling. The stretchers are hygienic, easy to clean and can be stored over long periods. This product has been developed to meet ergonomic requirements, the need to transfer patients, lifting and lowering requirement, insulation and use on uneven surfaces. They are simple to manoeuvre in restricted areas, narrow corridors and through emergency exits etc.
• Thermosoft® Stretchers can be supplied rolled or folded and take up little sapce when stored and transported.

• Thermosoft® Stretcher are produced of a laminate consiting of medium density polythene and expanded polymeric foam interwoven and with sealed cells.  This composition is highly resistant to tearing and ensures safe carriage combined with comfort and thermal insulation.
• The Thermosoft® Stretcher material is waterproof and resistant to chemical substances.
• If The Thermosoft® Stretcher is exposed to fire, or extremly high temperatures, the material is liable to melt. In case of fire, water and CO2 is formed, no poisonous gasses.
• Laminate thickness 6 mm
• Stretch strength 600 N/50 mm
• Heat resistance 0.039 W/mk
• Recommended for use in temperatures -40°C to + 70°C
